Couldn't ask for more, spending the afternoon at such cosy cafe, Five & Dime, after class with Zincy for a birthday brunch (HAPPY BIRTHDAY MWA:*). Yes, we are pretty satisfied with the service, food and even the ambient (maybe because it was a weekday afternoon).
With a surge in brunch cafes opening recently, I believe Five & Dime are pretty much on the top list :)

I'm not a food risk taker, I always order the same old standard food faithfully because I hate the feeling of ordering a dish that is not of my liking. The big breakfast was just mediocre here thou.
BUT... after looking through so many reviews, viola, I decided to lay my hands on Mentaiko Pasta. It was topped with Cod Fish Roe and the taste was rather magical, the dish actually gives a Japanese taste (Zincy agrees with it). I may sound exaggerating, but I'm totally not.
&what brunch without egg benedict? This was Zincy's egg benny.
We had so much to talk, we sat in the cafe for 5 hours? Haha love how I could just share anything and everything to her! :')
Glad that i wore this knitted cardigan, so comfy for weather like these.
